The later is character and former is brand. Sanatan means which is there always. When this world was creaetd with this come some characters, values, beliefs, function etc. Together they are termed as “Dharma”. Dhrama literally means “A set of rule, guideline, character, belief etc.”. As they were present from the very begining, it is called the sanatan dhrama.

All other characters, values, beliefs are developed later and so is other dharma. That is the reason we often say that all other Dharma are originated from Hindu Dharma. That is why we have date of begining of all other dharma accpet Sanatan Dharma.

Hinduism is not the perfect word for Sanatan Dharma. We don’t have Hindu Dharma Mandir. It is always Sanatan Dharma Mandir. Hinduism, Sikhism, Jainism, Buddhism and even other dharma are originated, evolved and developed from Sanatan Dharma. When a person was born, his eyes, nose, ears are integral part of his body. Later on he wear lenses, ear rings, nose pins etc. He can choose them, change them but eyes, nose, ears remains same. They come with him and goes with him. Same is Sanatan Dharma. It comes and goes with you. You practice it or not, you believe in it or not, it is there with you, within you. So know yourself, believe it to believe yourself because if you don’t believe in yourself then who will believe you.

Sanatan Dharma is natural, universal dharma. It comes to you naturally. Just by taking birth in this world gets one into Sanatan Dharma. You are the child of eternal God. So you shows, believes in that eternal values i.e. Sanatan Dharma naturally.

Truth is divided into universal and cultural truth. In all civillization and religion there are different ways of getting married like Saptapadi, Anand Karaj, Nikah, Church wedding, Court Marriage etc. It is cultural truth but it is the women only who gives birth to a child. This is univeral truth. It is true not only for human being but for all other lakh of species. This universal truth is Sanatan Dhrama. All cultural truth i.e. other religions are based on this only.

So is it neccessary to change you dhrama now? No…… because whatsoever dhrama you are following it is based on Sanatan Dharama. It is just another brand name of Sanatan Dharma. Every Dharma says there is one god. All path goes to it. The god is eternal, Sanathan, The path leading to him are different Dharma.

So don’t mix it. Don’t fight over Dharma. They are all one, originated from one and about one. We are disrespecting the oneness of God. We are inclined more towards cultural values rather than universal value which are brotherhood, loved, peace, harmony. Just by practicing these value one can follow the Sanatan Dhrama and achieved that eternity. In Hinduism again a brand name of Sanatan Dhrama, developed later, all Karmakand, Prayers, Havans, Bhajans Keertan they all supports these value only.

This book is just a humble and noble effort to make one understand the true meaning, real history and above all the holy feelings of Hinduism – The Sanatan Dharma.

It contains neither imperious erudition nor rhetoric. There are neither complicated sentences nor difficult Sanskrit words. It is merely the articulation of a common man in simple straightforward language. There is no brilliance of knowledge. Only the radiance of the sun disseminates knowledge and i cannot claim to be the sun, i am not even a star. There is also no education in this book only knowledge.question – what is the difference between education and knowledge? They seem to be one and the same, but there is a very big difference. The great body of learning that we have inherited from the Vedas is knowledge. Everything else is education. Thus, astrology, vaastu, etc. are knowledge but computer science is education.

You may ask the question – what is the difference between education and knowledge? They seem to be one and the same, but there is a very big difference. The great body of learning that we have inherited from the Vedas is knowledge. Everything else is education. Thus, astrology, vaastu, etc. are knowledge but computer science is education.

We have delved into the ocean of knowledge which the Vedas epitomise. An earlier churning of the ocean many ages ago had yeilded many delighful things like Dhanvantari, the Kaamdhenu cow, the moon, kausthubha mani etc. the most important being amrit – the nectar of the gods. Similarly, from the ocean of knowledge that the Vedas represent we obtained this panchaamrita. This book attempts to convey the essence of this great body of knowledge.

The first chapter of Panchaamrita deals with Astrology. In this i have discussed Rules for appraisal of a horoscope, Ashtakvarga, Horarary etc.

That was one moment when Rohan lost his sainty. All his life he had craved for love. His Ma, Shilpi, Radhika and now Madhuri..” No now I am not going to lose Madhuri. Love has always played hide and seek with me but now it is time for me to snatch love from life. And something reverbrerated in his mind-unknown voice-”Go Rohan Go..If you don’t snatch now then never-never Rohan-Never-You’ll never get the love of Go get the power-get your love-It is your love Rohan-Yours! This time don’t let greed onverrule true love-don’t let sex subjugate the timid! Go snatch it or else again the demons will snatch from you!” The voice was constantly creating havoc on hi senses……

Coming soon after a slew of corruption exposés, the movement galvanised an increasingly disenchanted middle class like nothing had in decades.

Well-known Hindi journalist Ashutosh weaves together the story of the thirteen days in 2011 that changed India. He had a ringside view of the developments, stationed as he was at the Ramlila grounds in New Delhi, the venue of the fast, and had intimate access to the two warring parties: the Congress government at the Centre and Team Anna. Ashutosh evokes the Jayaprakash Narayan movement and Gandhi’s satyagraha, and mines the history of India’s post-independence politics to understand the phenomenon that is Anna Hazare.

After devoting a lifetime to the service of his country, Acharya-ji feels like a failure and eventually loses his mind. Akankshas life is shattered by technology that makes life easier for everyone and completes the world today. Deepti finds the cool shade of love after years of pain and struggle, but not quite. Contemporary, yet sentimental, the stories in this volume tug at the heartstrings and force the reader to sit up and think about the society caught in a flux of changes.

About The Author:
She has translated Krishna Sobtis Soorajmukhi Andhere Ke into English for Katha and Paulo Coelhos By the River Piedra, I Sat Down and Wept into Hindi for HarperCollins India.

Bimal Jalan has closely followed the path of India’s economic policies across its changing trajectories, from before the time the economy was liberalized to the very present

The pieces that appear here were all written during the last twenty years, with the exception of three prescient notes from the mid-1970s highlighting the need for economic reforms to foster growth. The principal thought behind these essays is that, in the past twenty years, India’s capacity to grow faster than ever before has increased substantially because of its comparative advantage in relation to other countries. However, Jalan points out that for India to seize the opportunities that lie ahead, it is essential to bring about further reforms in the running of India’s politics and administration in order to ensure inclusive and incremental economic growth.

About the Author:
Bimal Jalan is one of India’s well-known economists. He was Governor of the Reserve Bank of India from 1997 to 2003. He was also Chairman of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister and represented India on the boards of the IMF and the World Bank.

His books inclue India’s Economic Crisis: The Way ahead (1991), India’s Economic Policy: Preparing for the Twenty-First Century (1996), India’s Economy in the New Millennium (2002), Future of India: Politics, Economics and Governance (2005), India’s Politics: a View from the Backbench (2007) and, as editor, The Indian Economy: Problems and Prospects (Revised edition, 2004).
